Lodging in Amish Country, Ohio?
My family and I live in north central Ohio and are going to Amish Country this weekend. We are not overly familiar with this area and I am looking to hopefully book a hotel down there online but am not sure what city to look for or what hotel to look for. We don't really want the traditional Amish stay with handmade quilts, porches, etc...but rather a more typical hotel with a pool and more common ammenities. While we are there we would like to go to the flea market, Der Dutchman, Tis the Season christmas store, and Heini's cheese so a hotel in these areas would be ideal. Any help is greatly appreciated. We lodged in a Marriot - not sure which city. It's great fun down there, though. Lots of buggies and huge Amish families. Enjoy yourself :0) It won't be hard.
