Can I start K12 CAVA whenever?

Whenever during the school year? Like.. is it possible for to be enrolled mid-semester?
Or is there a deadline, if so what is it?
Also, I'm talking about K12 California Virtual Academies for online public school.

According to their website: http://www.k12.com/cava/ enrollment is currently open only for K-8th grade for this year.

CAVA is a public school, as you know, and they take applications on a first-come-first-serve basis.
