Arteries and Veins. Pulmonary, Vena Cava, Aorta?
So let me get this straight.. Test on monday and I am a little unsure.
1. Arteries take blood away from the heart
2. Veins take blood to the heart
3. Pulmonary Arterie is the only arterie that carries deoxygenated blood
4. Pulmonry Vein is the only vein that carries oxygenated blood.
5. The Vena Cava are veins
6. The Aorta is an arterie.

All correct except for the spelling. The singular form of "artery" is spelt so. "Arteries" is the plural form.
So the aorta is an artery, and the pulmonary artery is the only artery that carries deoxygenated blood.
