I wonder if their common problems are that the C6 Chevrolet Corvette?
I am looking to buy a 2005 Corvette with 30,000 miles for 29.500 $. Are there any common problems with this car or anything I should watch out for?? This sounds like a good deal and what are the residual values ok like this car? Thank you for the eastern parts corvette expensive or the same as any other Chevy? Should I buy the extended warranty or do you think I will be very well without it? Thank you again
I had two 06 C6S. I was disspointed. I did not like how the hood unlocked on one .. (You had to twist the handle) The navigation screen does not work when cold working or would intermiitently and they could never understand. Finally, the nav screen broke and they replaced the unit and it worked very well. The hardtop had a problem with the harness. apparently during assembly that someone had routed a wire and so evil, in about 100 miles it was thought the insulation and caused an invalid PCM. It took five trips to the dealer to get fixed. This car had other probs ASO misc. One thing you should know, Corvettes need care and attention particularly when you change the oil. The lifting points are specific. The cars were fun .. but I ended up trading out of the cab of a Porsche 911 S.
