I want to a buy a big size home or condo in Las Vegas but can decide?
I want to buy huge property in Las Vegas either a high rise condo near the strip or a single family home like KB Home, Lennar, Richmond American. I'm planning on buying a big place for myself to settle than raise a family in there but I don't know what choice to make either a house or in a high rise condo like MGM Sky Lofts, Trump Tower, or City Center just to name a few.
A nice, single-family detached home might be your best bet. I'm an agent out in LV and that might be the safest investment in my estimation. There is great selection there now, and your agent of choice can do research to help you buy in an area that has not experienced recent price depreciation.
I worry if the boom that sent luxury condo prices so high is due for a hard landing as that market softens. Plus those condo association prices can exceed $1,000/mo in some cases!...Ouch....
