You probably don't live close to Wrigley or you wouldn't be asking this. At the park is best, On-line 2nd, maybe stub hub or another ticket broker site 3rd(it will cost ya). Last year I entered this lottery (on the Cubs site) for Dug-out box, field box and bleacher box seats. If you are picked you are slotted a day and time to pick your tickets. I was picked and got one of the first hour slots available. I got 6 tickets 3rd row right behind home plate ...best seats Ive ever had. My brother signed up as well and got an email saying he was not selected. Its a crap shoot , but hey its worth the few minutes to fill out the registration form. Have everyone that you would be going with sign up as well, this way if you don't get picked maybe they do and you still get a shot.
