I have recently got a renault clio and i want to put a touchscreen/ in dash dvd?
What type of in dash units are compatible in the car?

I dont know about the one in your question, But ive had a "SilverCrest CDV-710"
fitted into a 206, Clio and Bmw 3 series without having to change the wiring harness around,
Usually when fitting one you will have to slice a few wires or buy an adapted wiring harness to get them working but, The only problem i had with fitting to the 206 was that the live wire was red on the dvd but yellow the car harness so i had attach yellow to red and vice versa,
