If I was injured on job,setteled with work comp,can I sue manufacture of machine that hurt me.?
I was working at Tires Plus,and crossing over alignment machine and sliped over dove tail that extended to the shop door and fell face first into control box that is mounted about 2 feet from rack,control is made of steel and broke face bones,and cut head open,and other injuries to hip and leg.
Workman's comp is your entilement. You may be able to sue for other liabilities if negligence is determined to be a factor by the employer. For example If there is a safety violation.
