Taking a hand me down crib. Is this safe?
I Was Offered a great deal for a crib, Changing table, straightening, bedding, lamp, wall decor, mattress, blankets, sit and play, and a high chair. Everything Used only once, aim 15 years ago. It has-been in storage, no scratches or anything. I Looked up the crib for RECALLS (it IS a Bassett) and nothing. Is this safe?
II have hand me down furniture, and I'm all for it. Since it IS older, just make sure if it's painted That That IS the lead free paint and make sure It Was Stored Correctly to Avoid mold, mildew, etc.. I would get a new mattress ... They Are Fairly inexpensive at Wal-Mart or Target.
