which material do i use to make a mural? ~ please help i really need to know and no one else will help

ok i want to get my cousin a mural for her birthday which is coming up and i have no idea which material to order!? i don't even know what half or it is! please help! here are my choices

>celtic cloth fabric
>photo satain fabric
>premium vinyl
>value tuff photo vinyl
i don't know what to get and it sounds like they're all fabric and i just want something like hard and plastic
please help!
