What shopping cart cover do you recommend?
I want to buy one of those shopping cart covers for my son. He's too big to be in a car seat now and it's uncomfy for him--he'd rather be out, sometimes it's hard to wear a baby carrier while shopping, and if I bring a stroller I have nowhere to put stuff that I want to buy. I also want to use it in highchairs when we go out.
What shopping cart cover brand do you recommend? Did your child like it? Do you think it's a useful item to buy?
Also, what age do they normally start using these? I am afraid he might be too small and may bounce all over the place. He's almost 8 months and weighs about 18 lbs or so.
We LOVE ours - and we never have to worry that he's trying to gnaw on the cart handle or sit in a germ filled spot. They actually have separate ones where you can get a high chair cover and a cart cover. We got both of ours from Target - they also have them at Burlington, Baby's R Us and Walmart. They have toys attached to keep them busy as well as pockets to hold burp cloths, pacifiers,etc. And they have such fun sitting up and looking around taking everything in. They aren't too pricey either for the standard ones available in stores.
