Should my step dad kick me out?
I'm 18 and still live at home, but my mom just remaried and I thought the guy was nice untill the other night when he told me to get out of a house that he don't even pay for and for the first time laid his hands on me ? So should he be aloud to kick me out and what should I do?
I'm sorry to hear about your situation 
but 1st of all he's no one to kick you out especially since he's not even your biological parent. 2ndly where's your mom in this? Why hasn't your mom defended you? Although I can just sit here & judge both your parents cause there's two sides to every story. There has to be a reason why he's reacting the way he is. Are you becoming hostile & misbehaving? You have to understand that you are 18 & all parents are different. I moved out @ the age of 16 1/2 kinda sorta familiar to your situation & I went to live w/my aunt. My mom really wasn't the best @ keeping me company (at the time) cause it seemed like she wanted to fight over everything. But my best advise to you is to talk to your mom or biological father about the situation & how you can solve the issue & if your parents are anything like mine we're (hard headed & hard to get through with out fighting) then talk to another relative to see if you can stay @ there place for a while to see if you guys need some cooling down.
