what to wear while job hunting and/or for an interview?
the problem is that I'm short due to the genes I was given (I'm not 5 feet yet, I'm just a little under), and I usually wear high heels while going job hunting, or to an interview to "fake" my height. And my feet really hurt after wearing them, and I'm getting tired of wearing them, I want to wear flats. I was wondering if employers care about the potential candidates height at all? like is it easier to hire a tall person so they don't have to worry about supplying ladders/step stools for short people?

Don't worry about your height. If you are more comfortable in flats go ahead as long as you still look nice it doesn't matter. If you would still like to wear your heels maybe leave them off until you enter the building that way you are only wearing them for the interview. Also when you go to pick up and fill out the application most the time you don't come in to contact with the person that will decide whether or not to hire you, so you can wear your flats to fill out the application and save the heels for the interview.
