How to repair a leatherette sofa?
Our cat has used the ends of our leatherette sofa as a scratching post and left it with lots of little holes where her claws have gone in. Does anyone have any experience with this and, more importantly, how to fix it?

I feel for you. We have two cats - one of whom has never ever touched the furniture - while the other one is the beast from H#LL.
I also have two strong thick leather chesterfield chairs which she has systematically demolished around the buttons on the arms. (Of course, she always does the ripping while we are out and points a paw at the other one!
I tried every home remedy and bought ones on the market but she still insists that they are game for her to rip up.
The only thing I can suggest you do is have a couple of sleeves made to cover the offending holes in a material matching your sofa - a couple of cushions in the same material would help.
Or ditch the mog!
