Strange mouse request?
I am in need of a new mouse for work as i am finding the very old and no ergonomic mouse a pain to use, plus the rollerball is picking up loads of dust due to where i work. We purchased a cheap mouse to found that the wire was to short. Does anyone know of a mouse that is comfortable to use (preferably from Microsoft or Logitech) that has a long wire. It can be USB or PS2 connection
Before i get 100 messages telling me to use a wireless mouse, I don't want to get one as the batteries will be expensive for me and i don't want a base station so it needs to be wired (plus it improves reliability)
Any help would be greatly appreciated
I am going to assume from your picture and name that you have a mac, but if you don't some of these might work with a PC.
I use a wireless mighty mouse, and I just use rechargeable batteries. They are a bit more expensive then normal batteries, but because you use them over and over, it balances out very quickly.
I went to apple's website, and here are the mice that they sell. Most of them have customer reviews, so you could see what they say. I have a feeling a lot of these would work on a PC if you are looking for a mouse for that. I believe that my grandmother has a Kensington, and it works well.
