how to stensil on a complicated design on a painted box?

this is a link to a pic i want to spray paint on a white box i have. how do i go around putting this thing on the box? i want it to look really good? any tips, tricks, or anything will help. thanks. any questions let me know
A "stencil" is not going to do it because even if you could cut 200 stencils to get all the different colors in that artwork the blending could not be done that way. other than developing some very fine oil painting skills what I would do is print that image on a transferable water-slide decal and then apply it carefully to the box followed by several coats of varnish (one that is compatible with the box and the decal) to protect and preserve it. I will need to know more info to advise better so email me if you wish.
