Pillow top mattress sinks in the middle?
I recently bought a deceit pillow top mattress and now there's an "indentation" in the middle. It feels like the feathers have moved to the ends. Does anyone know how to redistribute the feathers evenly throughout the mattress so the bed feels like knew?
Do you still have the warranty for your pillow top mattress? Use the warranty so the manufacturer can fix the problem. Chances are, the feathers will just move again.
If your mattress has a removable or a zip-off cover, you can try removing the cover to check the inside of the bed. If not, you can always do a bit of mattress surgery. Cut the cover. Check the foams inside. I suggest putting a low-density, thin foam layer on top of the feathers to prevent the feathers from moving. After fixing it, stitch the mattress back.
