I want to install undermount sink to 19" X 37" sink top. What is maximum size undermount sink I can install?
undermount sinks specifications usually include size front to back and left to right in inch units. some are 12"x 16", some are 13"x17". and so on, you get the idea.
Two possible limitations:
If you are going into an existing cabinet, you want to have to have a little clearance in the cabinet, 1/2" on all sides is good. If the sink is really large, you may need to build a support from the bottom to keep it secure to the cabinet . The sink manufacturer will give you "rough opening" dimensions on any sink you find.
If you are getting a new custom cabinet, then the size of the sink you can find. Find the largest one that fits #1, unless you're building from scratch and can specify a larger cabinet that will fit the sink.
