My mom hurt both of her feet when changing the bulb in my room, what can I do to help her?
She slipped from the stool and injured both of her feet, her left foot has already been seriously injured before, but now both of them are in pain. She explained to me that they feel heavy like a rock, and she can't move them because it begins to hurt a lot more (it hurts in the arch).
What can I do to help her? I have placed ice on it hoping to reduce the pain, but is there anything else?
I'm so sorry about your mom. I was jogging one day and my foot got caught in a crack and I never went to ther doctor. I wish I did because all the weight when on the arch of my foot and it collapsed. We went to the doctor and the doctor just said rub the arch of my foot and roll it on a ice water bottle. Hope you mom gets better!
