When do you start giving baby table food?
At what age did you start giving them table foods?
I started feeding both of my kids rice cereal around 4-5 months old. I slowly started introducing baby foods around 5-6 months. My oldest son's teeth came in pretty fast so he was able to eat more foods earlier than most babies. He was pretty much eating the meals we were eating by 9 months. I think on average it's about 6 months for start pureed foods. I would recommend getting a food mill or using a blender/food processor and making your own baby food at least at first.
