What is this black bar on my ipod screen?
I tried to turn my ipod on today and after the little apple showed up, rather than continuing to turn on there was a thick black bar across the bottom of the screen. It wouldn't turn on past this point and each time I try the same thing happens. I know the battery isn't dead and I haven't gotten it wet or left it out in the heat or anything. Any ideas of what it could be?
try pressing the home and the sleep/wake button at the same time for about 10 seconds until the apple logo appears and if that doesnt fix it call apple support and they will help you. i think the number is 1800MYAPPLE
