Is this a correct sentence-'To ensured a full commitment in...'?
is this correct? i think i'm using the word 'necessary' in a wrong way especially after the word 'is' can you help me correct it.
'To ensured a full commitment in reversing the trends of the current climate conditions; a collective effort of both the IPCC and local governments is necessary.'
There are a few things wrong: the use of "ensured", the use of the semi-colon..... Here's how it should be written:
To ensure a full commitment in reversing the trends of the current climate conditions, a collective effort of both the IPCC and local governments is necessary.
"Necessary" is correct, by the way ![]()
Also, if you want, you could change the "commitment in" to "commitment to".
Hope that helps =D
